1. The multi-functional extraction tank is a pressure vessel and is accompanied by a pressure vessel inspection certificate issued by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.
2. High heat transfer area effectively addresses mist and foam removal. It delivers excellent performance in solvent recovery and volatile oil separation. The tank is equipped with CIP rotary cleaning balls, temperature-measuring instruments, explosion-proof floodlights, sight glasses, and quick-opening feed hatches, ensuring simple and safe operation while fully complying with GMP standards.
3. The equipment features multi-cylinder safety doors, and its advanced sealing technology ensures safe and reliable operation under various conditions, including atmospheric pressure, negative pressure, and positive pressure.
4. The slag discharge door is equipped with a bottom heating function, ensuring even heating of the medicinal materials inside the tank and enabling thorough extraction.
5. The complete equipment package includes: demisters, condensers, coolers, oil-water separators, filters, cylinder control consoles, and other accessories.
6. Classified by shape, they include regular conical, oblique conical, inverted conical, mushroom-shaped, and straight-tubular types; users can select the appropriate type according to their needs.
