This series of equipment features a single-layer, vertical design and is classified as a hygienic, clean-room compliant vessel. It is commonly used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, bioengineering, food, and beverages as an intermediate buffer, liquid storage, mixing, and blending unit. When materials can be uniformly blended without the need for heating, this equipment proves to be the most cost-effective and practical solution. Additionally, insulation structures can be added according to process requirements. The blending tanks boast characteristics such as energy efficiency, corrosion resistance, high production capacity, easy cleaning, and a simple structure. They are primarily used for thoroughly mixing dairy products, sugar, beverages, and other ingredients and materials after they have been combined. This equipment is indispensable for manufacturers of dairy products, beverages, and pharmaceuticals.
The equipment—including the tank body, tank lid, agitator blade, feed inlet, and discharge valve—is all made of imported stainless steel with acid-resistant copper. It complies with the technical specifications outlined in GB741-80. The inside and outside of the tank are polished; the tank is equipped with an agitator blade that performs stirring during operation. The top lid features a thermometer to display the temperature inside the tank. At the top, there’s a harmonic drive planetary reducer that drives the agitator blade. The tank is designed for easy disassembly and cleaning, and it comes with a hinged lid that can be opened for convenient cleaning. Additionally, there are two feed inlets that can be connected to pipelines, allowing for easy introduction of various ingredients. At the bottom, there’s a discharge port fitted with a rotary plug valve. After thorough mixing, rotating the handle of the rotary plug valve by 90° will release the contents. Once the discharge is complete, the valve is closed, ensuring uniform mixing throughout the process.
