Under special operating conditions, consider using austenitic stainless steels with higher nickel content that offer enhanced corrosion resistance, duplex stainless steels, titanium and titanium alloys, as well as fiberglass-reinforced plastics.
When selecting materials, appropriately increase the corrosion allowance for piping and stainless steel tee fittings to meet the service life requirements of the piping system.
